SOME COMMON QUESTIONS
1How do we start the process ?
Set up an appointment to come to the location and review what you are looking for and to survey the proposed work.
2Once we all have an idea of what we want - then what ?
We will then send over a detailed proposal explaining everything the client is looking to do with a description of the scope of work. Upon signature, we can set a start date and begin the process.
3How do you keep my house clean during construction?
We always take the utmost care when working in clients homes. We treat it like its our own. We use drop cloths and plastic covers to keep as much as clean as possible during the construction process.
4Do you work on nights and/or weekends ?
We can discuss your availability and figure out a schedule that works for everyone.
5Your pricing is really competitive- how do you do it ?
Many companies sub-contract most or all of the individual parts of the job. Those costs must be absorbed in their overall pricing . We are able to be more competitive on our pricing because we are able to do a complete job. If there is a part of the process that needs another set of hands, we are able to get it done at a better price than most.
